Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all CNC Angle Line Machine Operators during the shift to ensure smooth production activities.
- Allocate daily work, monitor operator performance, and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Handle complete CNC Angle Line machine operations and monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure continuous production flow.
- Operate and troubleshoot CNC Angle Line machines whenever required to support production.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, BOMs, nesting plans, and CNC programs before production.
- Ensure proper machine setup, tooling, raw material loading, and machine parameter verification before production starts.
- Verify dimensions, hole locations, cutting lengths, punching accuracy, and marking details as per approved drawings.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and monitor in-process quality to ensure defect-free production.
- Monitor machine performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate with the Maintenance team for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper identification, traceability, and segregation of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished components.

to avoid bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of production orders.
- Coordinate with the Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Dispatch, and Maintenance departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily production reports, machine utilization reports, WIP status, rejection records, downtime reports, and operator attendance.
- Train, guide, and develop CNC operators on machine operation, quality standards, safety practices, and productivity improvements.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization while minimizing downtime, material wastage, and rework.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards across the CNC shop floor.
- Support production planning by ensuring timely completion of manufacturing schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Report daily production status, WIP progress, quality issues, and manpower availability to the Production Manager.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
