Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. The recruiter should possess a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, visa classifications, and various sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based IT requirements.
- Analyze client requirements and understand job descriptions thoroughly.
- Source suitable candidates through various channels and recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.

Candidate Sourcing

- Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed to identify potential candidates.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and networking techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain an updated internal database of candidates.

Candidate Screening and Assessment





- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess:
- Technical competencies.
- Employment history.
- Communication skills.
- Availability and willingness to relocate.
- Salary/rate expectations.
- Work authorization and visa status.

Client and Vendor Coordination

- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Teams to understand client needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners when required.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles within client timelines.

Offer Management and Onboarding

- Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates.
- Extend offers and coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure proper documentation prior to onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates until joining.

Compliance and Documentation

- Verify candidate documentation and work authorization.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in ATS/CRM systems.

Reporting and Metrics

- Track daily recruitment activities and submissions.
- Prepare recruitment reports including:
- Number of requirements assigned.
- Profiles sourced.
- Submissions made.
- Interviews scheduled.
- Offers released.
- Placements closed.
