We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Strategic Partnerships Program Delivery to lead the design, execution, and scale-up of key programs. This role will focus on program implementation, project management, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, team building, and impact measurement.

; Key Responsibilities

; 1. Program Management Execution

- ;Lead the end-to-end execution of key programs and initiatives , ensuring impact, scalability, and sustainability.

- ;Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and execution frameworks to achieve defined goals.

- ;Oversee multiple; projects , ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.

; 5. Stakeholder Engagement Partnerships

- ;Build and manage relationships including; government agencies, corporate partners, industry leaders, NGOs, academia, and investors .

- ;Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to drive program success.

- ;Organize and facilitate; high-impact discussions, networking events, and partnerships ;to scale initiatives.

;8.; Monitoring, Evaluation Insights

- ;;Define digital adoption KPIs, user growth, and engagement metrics.

- ;Use analytics to track platform usage, accessibility, and impact on PwD learning, employment, and living outcomes.

- ;Publish insights, case studies, and thought leadership on digital inclusion.

;9.; Documentation, Reporting Compliance

- ;Ensure timely reporting to donors, board, and stakeholders on Adidvara s progress.

- ;Maintain compliance with data protection, accessibility, and ethical digital practices.

- ;Establish knowledge management and digital content documentation.

; 10. Fundraising Resource Mobilization

- ;Identify and pursue funding opportunities from; corporates (CSR), impact investors, philanthropic foundations, and government grants .

- ;Prepare; funding proposals, business cases, and grant applications ;to secure financial support.

- ;Work closely with leadership to build financial partnerships and ensure; long-term sustainability .

; 11. Team Building Leadership

- ;Recruit, mentor, and lead a; high-performing team ;to drive program execution.

- ;Define roles, set objectives, and foster a culture of; collaboration, accountability, and excellence .

- ;Provide guidance and operational oversight to ensure; smooth program implementation .

- ;Support the expansion and scaling of flagship initiatives such as cATalyst; startup acceleration program, policy advocacy, ATF Awards, and IlluminATe ;etc.

- ;Represent the organization at; conferences, industry forums, and government consultations ;to drive visibility and advocacy.

; Qualifications Experience

- ; E xperience in; program leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement .

- ;Proven track record in; executing large-scale initiatives, managing multi-stakeholder collaborations, and fundraising .

- ;Experience in; organizational development, PMO setup, and HR policy creation .

- ;Experience working with; governments, corporates, and nonprofit ecosystems .

- ;Robust background in; Assistive Technology, Disability Inclusion, Innovation Ecosystems, or Social Impact domains ;is a plus.

- ;Prior experience in managing; multi-stakeholder programs, fundraising, and financial planning .

- ;Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
