Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete retail store fit-out execution including civil, MEP, HVAC, and fixture installation.
- Prepare and track project timelines using PERT/CPM methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, mall teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and validate GFC drawings and resolve site execution issues.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, safety, and brand compliance.
- Manage contractor/vendor performance, billing, and work certification.
- Handle budgeting, Capex tracking, and civil bill closure.
- Ensure successful handover of stores to mall/landlord teams within deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8-12 years of experience in retail store fit-out/project management.
- Strong exposure to retail interiors and MEP coordination.
- Experience in store handovers and mall coordination is mandatory.
- Good understanding of HVAC, retail fixtures, and construction execution.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture.
