Role & responsibilities

- Product Merchandising
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly / quarterly targets
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and manage customer escalations
- Manage and train showroom staff, ensuring high service standards
- Ensure accurate billing, stock handling, and compliance at the showroom
- Coordinate with inventory, accounts, and HO teams for operational alignment
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Monitor shrinkage, security compliance, and stock discipline
