- On-the-Job Training:

- Undergo structured technical and functional training.

- Rotate across departments (maintenance, production, quality, etc.) to understand plant operations.

- Support to Senior Engineers/Managers:

- Assist in daily operations and ongoing projects.

- Prepare reports, analyze data, and support process improvements.

- Project Execution:

- Take part in small-scale improvement or cost-saving projects.

- Learn to manage timelines, resources, and team collaboration.

- Learning SOPs & Standards:

- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.

- Familiarize with ISO, 5S, TPM, or other systems used in the company.

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain logs, prepare daily production/maintenance reports.

- Track downtime, production yield, or other KPIs.

- Process Monitoring & Improvement:

- Observe process flow and recommend efficiency improvements.

- Involve in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma activities if applicable.

- Safety & Compliance:

- Follow safety guidelines strictly.

- Report hazards or near-miss incidents.
