Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Expert with solid consulting, domain, and technology experience to support life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, and manufacturing clients in their laboratory digital transformation initiatives.

The role will be responsible for advising clients across the LIMS lifecycle, including product evaluation and selection, solution design, implementation, master data management, system integration, validation, and post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of laboratory operations, laboratory data, samples, testing processes, and workflows across Quality Control (QC), GxP-regulated environments, and Research Development (RD). Experience with LabVantage and/or LabWare LIMS will be preferred.

Consulting Responsibilities

- Engage with senior client stakeholders across laboratory, quality, manufacturing, RD, IT, and digital functions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, design sessions, and executive presentations.
- Translate complex laboratory and technology topics into clear business recommendations.
- Support proposal development, effort estimation, solution shaping, and client presentations.
- Lead project workstreams and mentor junior consultants and functional analysts.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Contribute to account growth, capability development, reusable assets, and knowledge management.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Practice Development:

- Support proposals and build eminence in Digital Engineering and RD Capabilities
- Contribute to growth and development of Accenture s DERD offering and support recruitment, training, and coaching
- Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown

Preferred Experience





- Significant experience in LIMS consulting, implementation, product evaluation, or solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes within Quality Control, GxP, and/or RD environments.
- Experience across multiple phases of the LIMS implementation lifecycle.
- Experience with laboratory master data design, governance, migration, and support.
- Experience designing or supporting integrations between LIMS, instruments, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with LabVantage and/or LabWare LIMS will be preferred.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance, computer system validation, and data integrity.
- Strong experience working in consulting, systems integration, or client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP integration (eg: SAP) Other Quality tools Veeva or SAP QM), PLM tools
- Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, design solutions, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Master s degree is preferred in area of Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes/ Integrations
- Outstanding written spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders stakeholders.

- Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model
- Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
- Rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies and exposure to other ERP (SAP or SAP QM), PLM/ RD tools.
