Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of production machinery and facility systems. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines, utilities, and supporting equipment in line with aerospace quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of CNC machines with mechanical systems like spindle assembly, ATC, Coolant System, Hydraulics, Lubrication, Ballscrew and repairs
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to mechanical maintenance.
- Do preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machine tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Should be conversant with levelling of machines, spindle bearing replacement
- Should have worked in Maint department in Auto Component manufacturing Company
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in maintenance of CNC/VMC machines (preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine controls
- Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and documentation
Preferred:
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices
- Exposure to audit requirements (ISO/AS9100 standards)
