Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage material procurement process from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, resolve issues, and improve relationships for future purchases.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with production team to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration into the supply chain.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in material procurement or related field.
- Robust understanding of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and PO creation processes.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems used in software development projects.
