Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Location HR Head to lead and manage all HR functions for our Udaipur location. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, industrial relations, talent acquisition, payroll coordination, and employee engagement, preferably in manufacturing, mining, construction, infrastructure, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the location.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA regulations.
- Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee contract labour management and vendor coordination.
- Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and HR MIS.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Partner with business and plant/site leadership to support organizational goals.




- Ensure timely HR reporting and compliance audits.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
- 1015 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven experience in handling HR for a plant, site, or location independently.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or related industries will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Salary: Up to 12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
