Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer demand.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in SCM (Supply Chain Management).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.
- Proven track record in optimizing logistics operations for cost savings without compromising service levels.
