The Practice A Brief Sketch

You will be part of Strategy Consulting (SC) Global Network High-Tech (GN-HT) semiconductor practice. As a member of SC GN-HT semiconductor practice, you will be a core member of a team of over 10 consultants, based out of India. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on all areas of the semiconductor value chain: fabless, IDMs/foundries, OEMs and OSAT companies.

Let s infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you ll help drive the following:

- Lead market research analysis to identify trends opportunities in semiconductor industry. Analyse client s business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences. Also, interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues.
- Provide support to the client facing teams and/or handle client projects directly.
- Contribute significantly to areas such as analyses of client s problem statements/technology trends, building assets and accelerators, developing GTM strategies etc.,



thereby bringing value to the client; The reports that you generate will be incorporated into our client reports
- Lead RFPs, execute projects and deliver client orals
- Provide mentorship to your subordinates
- Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers presentations, on semiconductor topics

Your experience counts!

- Bachelors/Masters in engineering (or equivalent) + MBA from Tier 1 institute
- 6 - 9 years of work experience in semiconductor and consulting industry, preferably in manufacturing (IDM/foundry) space
- Prior experience in customer management, leading teams to conduct research and prepare client ready reports
- Post MBA experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Mergers Acquisitions, Organization Strategy, Pricing Profit Optimization, GTM, Growth Innovation, Strategic Planning, Sales Distribution, Consumer Marketing, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. - in semiconductor industry.
