- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field with a solid academic record
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technology implementations, with at least 2 3 years focused on Varicent or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms
- Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, sales operations, and performance management
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
- Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, and managing project teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integrations between Varicent and CRM/ERP/HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP)
- Strong background in data modeling,



ETL processes, and SQL for large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Databricks, or Redshift
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
