Job Description: Job Title: Senior Partner- Multi Family Office and Wealth Solutions

We seek a senior wealth management qualified with an entrepreneurial mindset and 10-25 years of experience managing UHNI and family office investments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AIFs, PMS, REITs, INVITs, unlisted and structured products and a strong network of family offices and institutional investors. This partner-level role offers significant PL ownership and a revenue-sharing model, leading the Wealth Management division and scaling it into a premier multi-family office platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with family offices, UHNIs, and institutional investors. • Investment Advisory Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory on MFs, AIFs, PMS, REITs, and INVITs within a - 5 Cr - 50 Cr ticket size range, with AUM range of 200 500 Cr.

• Business Growth Strategy:



Expand the wealth management business with a long-term vision.

• Team Leadership PL Ownership: Recruit and manage a 15-member team, driving profitability.

• Market Positioning Networking: Represent at industry events and strengthen brand positioning. Required Experience:

• 10 -20 years in wealth management or banking, managing HNIs and family offices.

• Strong relationships with family offices, UHNIs, and institutional investors.

• Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes. • Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios. • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation. • Experience in building and leading teams. • Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
