Financial/ Business

- Maintenance of equipment and inventory as assisted by HOD of the section.
- Responsible to ensure timely delivery of reports according to the defined and promised TAT

People

- Liaise with other department for training needs and technical support in coordination with the Technician.
- Coordinating with billing, front office and pharmacy to address patient queries/ issues

Customer

- Responsible for coordinating with cross functional departments to meet the deliverables assigned/ necessary information.
- Liaise with vendor and service engineers for equipment validation, calibration and maintenance work as per the instructions from the Department Head.
- To maintain 100% confidentiality with respect to patient information
- Assisting the Technician in the testing process.

Operations

- Develop and document various results for tests undertaken and prepare final reports in consultation with the technician and the Physician.




- Maintain the records of all report and all other standards as used in the department.
- Plan for inventory management and raise indents on monthly basis in coordination with the Technician and Physician.
- Updating knowledge by attending seminars & conferences on a regular basis.
- Maintain appropriate records to remain compliant with the regulatory agencies
- Summarize technical data to assist the Technician and Physicians in diagnosis

Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time

Educational Qualifications:
B.Sc. BZC Clinical Neurophysiology
Work Experience

- Having 3-5 years of experience in Hospital Industry
- Familiarity with neuro technical procedures, equipment usage and analysis of reports/ results
- Knowledge of current developments in the field of neuroscience.
- Attention to detail.

- Understanding and knowledge of current and emerging tools and techniques in the area of neuro science
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities accordingly.
