We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert with a proven track record of driving profitable growth for Health & Wellness brands.

Experience
2 to 4 Years

What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Scale D2C Health & Wellness brands while maintaining target ROAS.
Develop audience strategies, campaign structures, and creative testing frameworks.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions and profitability.
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance.

Requirements




2 to 4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.
Proven experience in scaling D2C Health & Wellness brands.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversion optimization.
Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign scaling.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Knowledge of Google Ads is a strong plus.
Agency experience is not preferred. We are looking for professionals with direct hands-on experience in D2C brands, preferably in the Health & Wellness industry.
