Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Junior Marketing Automation Executive with strong expertise in campaign execution, lead nurturing, and marketing technology platforms. This role will lead and manage a small team (minimum of 2 members) while driving automated marketing strategies to enhance engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
Develop and implement lead nurturing workflows and customer journeys.
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Maintain data hygiene, ensuring accuracy and compliance across marketing systems.
Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Support lead scoring models and lifecycle management.




Drive process improvements and scalability of marketing automation operations.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2 3 years of proven experience in marketing automation
Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of email marketing, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies
Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce or equivalent)
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets)
Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization techniques
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
Familiarity with API integrations and automation workflows
Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments
Exposure to global/US-based campaigns
