We are Seeking a Platform Architect (CMDB) with robust expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB architecture, and enterprise platform design. The role focuses on designing scalable CMDB solutions, driving CSDM alignment, improving governance and automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform resilience, integrations, and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead CMDB architectural design for scalability, accuracy, and long-term sustainability.
- Support CMDB governance, data quality, compliance, and consistency initiatives.
- Design and optimize configuration management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Drive CMDB maturity towards CSDM alignment.
- Contribute to overall ServiceNow platform architecture strategy and governance.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, HR, Legal, and Infrastructure teams.
- Design CI lifecycle management processes and automated workflows.
- Architect integrations between CMDB, discovery tools, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
- Support discovery and EOL initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Generate actionable insights using CMDB and platform data.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain architectural documentation.
