- Acquire current corporates for salary account relationships.
- Maintain regular coordination with HR and Admin teams.
2. Salary Account Acquisition
- Conduct employee desk activities to open salary accounts.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets.
3. Customer Onboarding & Service
- Collect KYC documents and ensure smooth account activation.
- Resolve employee queries related to accounts and digital banking.
4. Cross-selling
- Promote credit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products to salary account holders.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure accurate KYC, AML adherence and auditready documentation.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily productivity MIS.
- Work with branch, operations and product teams for seamless service
