Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Server Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and VMware virtualization. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and be capable of supporting server infrastructure in a production workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain Windows Servers.
- Perform installation and basic administration of VMware ESXi and vCenter.
- Monitor server health and respond to infrastructure alerts.
- Troubleshoot server hardware and operating system issues.
- Support user requests related to server availability and access.
- Perform server patching, updates and preventive maintenance.
- Configure storage allocation and basic virtualization tasks.




- Create and restore virtual machines as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of server inventory and configurations.
- Support backup verification and restoration activities.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior infrastructure engineers.
