Role Description

The Admissions Counsellor at IRBF will manage the entire admissions process, including guiding prospective students through enrolment procedures, conducting initial consultations to understand their needs, and providing detailed program information.



The counsellor will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with potential candidates, building relationships, and offering personalized support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. They will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve enrolment goals. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

- Robust Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and understanding the needs of prospective students.
- Experience or skills in Sales to support candidate outreach and enrollment processes.
- Background in Education or knowledge of the BFSI sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a competitive environment with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications or relevant experience in admissions or sales is a plus.
- Passion for connecting with and helping individuals achieve their career goals.
