Job Description

- Bachelors and or Masters in UX design or other Design related fields
- Minimum 6-8 years of Experience working on Enterprise Products (A/B Testing Platform Experience is a plus)
- Ability to conduct and lead Generative Research (Primary interviews with users) and Evaluative research such as Usability Testing, concept testing to close loop with users.
- Highly proficient in FIGMA. Ability to create interaction design mocks and clickable prototypes and presentations. Work closely with Developers to ensure pixel perfect implementation.
- Ability to work with Clients internal Design Language System - Living Design and ensure consistency with other Walmart enterprise products.
- Good EQ,



highly independent and ability to manage stakeholder expectations well (Should be able to cultivate valuable working relationship with Product Management, Engineering and UX stakeholders)
- Candidate should be able to attend late evening calls as stakeholders are based in US.
- Candidate should be able to visit Walmart office 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday and Friday).
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate a Portfolio of past works and submit one for screening.

Process: One round of interview will be conducted by Customer internal UX design team for selection.
