Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect at Senior Manager level to lead the
architecture, design, and governance of complex, large-scale HR transformation programmes for our enterprise clients.
You will serve as the most senior technical authority on SuccessFactors engagements defining the end-to-end
solution blueprint across the full BizX suite, governing multi-workstream delivery teams, advising CHROs and CIOs on
platform strategy, and driving practice growth through pre-sales leadership and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end SuccessFactors solution architecture across the full BizX suite (EC, Compensation, Variable
Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Succession, LMS, People Analytics) for complex global programmes.
Define the technical blueprint: HCM data model design, integration architecture, security model (RBP), and
cross-module dependency mapping across client landscapes.
Lead architecture workshops and executive design sessions; produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD),
integration landscape diagrams, and system design artefacts.
Govern multi-workstream delivery: oversee 5 10 consultants across module tracks, conduct cross-stream design
reviews, resolve architectural conflicts, and enforce delivery standards.
Define and oversee the integration strategy: EC-to-payroll (ECP, SAP Payroll, ADP, Ceridian), third-party
HRIS/ATS connectors, SAP BTP middleware architecture, and OData API design patterns.
Lead data migration strategy: legacy HCM data mapping (SAP ECC HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday), delta
migration approach, data quality governance, and cutover orchestration.




Advise clients on SuccessFactors platform roadmap, quarterly release impact, licence optimisation, and module
adoption sequencing for phased rollouts.
Serve as executive escalation point across all technical and functional streams; manage senior stakeholders
(CHRO, CIO, VP HR) through design decisions and change requests.
Lead pre-sales engagements: solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, effort and cost estimation,
commercial scoping, and proposal development for large enterprise pursuits.
Drive practice capability: establish architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, and accelerators; mentor
senior consultants and managers across SF module specialisations.
Technical Skills Required
Full BizX suite depth: hands-on architecture experience across Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay,
Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Onboarding, PMGM, Succession Development, LMS, and People Analytics / WFA.
Employee Central architecture: EC data model (Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Associations,
Picklists), position management, global advantages, time management, and localisation frameworks.
Integration architecture: SAP BTP Integration Suite (iFlows, API Management), Integration Center, Dell Boomi,
MuleSoft design patterns for real-time and batch HR data flows.
OData v2/v4 API design: entity modelling, $expand/$filter query optimisation, OAuth 2.0 / SAML 2.0
authentication, and API security governance for SuccessFactors.
Payroll integration: deep knowledge of EC-to-ECP replication, EC-to-SAP Payroll delta reporting, and third-party




payroll connector (ADP, Ceridian, Ramco) design.
Data migration tooling: SFSF data migration templates, Compound Employee API, bulk import/export framework,
and delta migration reconciliation methodologies.
Security architecture: enterprise-grade RBP design, single sign-on (SSO/SAML), data privacy controls (GDPR,
DPDP, PDPA), and audit trail configuration.
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and People Analytics: cross-suite KPI architecture, live data connection design, and
executive workforce dashboard governance.
Experience Qualifications
15+ years in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors; minimum 5 years in a Solution Architect or Principal Consultant role
with cross-suite SuccessFactors ownership.

Delivered 8+ full end-to-end SF implementations as lead architect for enterprises with 20,000+ employees,
including global multi-country rollouts.
Proven experience leading delivery teams of 8+ consultants across onshore/offshore models with full
accountability for quality and timeline.
Deep domain expertise spanning at least 3 SF functional areas with working knowledge across the entire BizX
suite.
Demonstrated pre-sales track record: won and scoped large SF transformation deals (USD 1M+ engagements)
at enterprise and mid-market clients.
Background at a Tier-1 SAP integrator, Big-4 consulting firm, or SAP itself is required.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; MBA or postgraduate qualification is
advantageous.
Multiple SAP SF certifications mandatory (EC, at least 2 functional modules, People Analytics); SAP Recognised
Expert or SAP Champion status is a strong differentiator.
