Roles & Responsibilities Mid-Level Accountant

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify GST, TDS, E-Way Bill, and other statutory compliance data.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing-related transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports on sales, purchases, inventory, receivables, payables, and expenses.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and logistics teams to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards,



and internal controls.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Work effectively with team members and support senior finance management in achieving departmental goals.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting preferred.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

"Experience in manufacturing industry accounting (rice mill, edible oil, FMCG, steel, cement, or similar manufacturing sectors preferred)."
