About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Business Central, ERP systems, and e-commerce applications. The candidate will be responsible for leading the QA function, defining testing strategies, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Validate business workflows and integrations within Microsoft Business Central and ERP systems.
- Conduct testing for e-commerce platforms, including order management, inventory, payments, and customer workflows.
- Identify, track, and manage defects using defect-tracking tools.




- Review test execution reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in release planning and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

- 59 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central testing.
- Robust understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Experience in testing e-commerce applications and platforms.
- Expertise in designing test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Good understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading QA teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to performance and security testing.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and integrations.
- Any certification will be an added advantage.
