Solid expertise in end-to-end RCM processes Hands-on experience with CMS1500 forms In-depth knowledge of denials management and resolution

Proven reporting and analytical skills

Excellent client communication skills

Minimum 2 years of on-paper Team Lead experience

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead and manage AR team operations effectively

Drive performance, productivity, and quality metrics

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of denials

Prepare and present reports to stakeholders/clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
