Experience : 5 to 7 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement manpower planning to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to shift production plans and timelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in CNC machines, cutting tools, and their applications.
- Monitor and analyze daily rejections, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Achieve daily target costs for all manufacturing cost elements, including materials and operations.
- Ensure active participation in Quality Control Circles (QCC) and drive suggestion schemes for process improvement.




- Promote and enforce 5S standards and safe working practices across the production floor.
- Track abnormalities in processes or equipment and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices within the manufacturing setup.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve production processes.
