Job Title: Project Manager Fire Fighting & ELV

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Fire Fighting and ELV system projects across commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete project execution from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, NFPA, NBC, IS codes, and client requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.




- Lead site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
- Manage subcontractors and vendor performance.
- Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance at site.
- Support billing, variation claims, and project documentation.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 815 years in Fire Fighting & ELV project execution.
- Experience handling commercial and industrial projects is preferred.
