Job Description: Sales Coordinator (FMCG)

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Coimbatore

CTC: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM based on your experience

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Manage sales data, customer records, and order tracking.
- Generate periodic sales reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with distributors, warehouses, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in forecasting and planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level), including:

- Logical formulas (IF, IFS, AND, OR)
- Lookup functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH)
- Counting formulas (COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS)
- Summation formulas (SUMIF, SUMIFS)
- Text functions (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TEXT, CONCAT, TRIM)
- Date and time functions




- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- Pivot Table Labels and advanced Pivot Table features
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Sorting and Filtering
- Charts and Dashboards
- Error handling (IFERROR)
- Basic knowledge of Power Query and Excel automation is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales MIS Executive, or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Knowledge of sales reporting, distributor management, and FMCG sales processes.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and management dashboards.
