1. Job Purpose

The Regional Manager Gold Loans is responsible for driving business growth, portfolio quality, profitability, operational excellence, and risk management across the designated region. The role ensures achievement of disbursement, revenue, collection, and customer acquisition targets while maintaining strict adherence to gold valuation standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and asset safety protocols. The incumbent will lead Area Heads/Branch Managers to build a highperformance sales and service culture.

2. Dimensions New Relationship

- Drive customer acquisition and market expansion across the region.
- Develop partnerships, local marketing initiatives, and referral networks to increase wallet share.

Managing Existing Relationships
- Ensure superior customer service and retention across all branches.
- Drive repeat business and customer engagement initiatives.

Structuring New Transactions
- Oversee adherence to valuation, LTV norms, documentation, and approval processes.
- Ensure quality sourcing and profitable portfolio growth.

Compliance of Regulatory Guidelines
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, audit requirements, and gold custody standards.

Portfolio Monitoring
- Monitor portfolio growth, delinquency, auction performance, risk indicators, and branch profitability.

The role oversees multiple Area Heads and Branch Managers across the region and ensures:

- Strong audit and compliance scores across branches.

Gold Valuation Goverce Ensure adherence to valuation SOPs, purity testing standards and LTV norms across all branches. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal audits, surprise checks and operational controls. Collections & Auction Management Drive collection efficiency, overdue recovery and auction processes within policy guidelines. Profitability & Productivity Improve branch productivity, operating efficiency and profitability metrics. Team Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, coach and develop Area Heads, Branch Managers and key talent across the region. Customer Experience Enhance service quality, complaint resolution and customer retention. Business Reviews & Reporting Conduct regular business reviews, MIS analysis and action planning for performance improvement.

- Manage Branch Managers and ensure adherence to operational, valuation, and compliance standards.

Branch Manager Gold Loans
- Drive branch business, customer acquisition, collections, and operational controls.
- Ensure proper execution of gold valuation, documentation, and customer service processes.
