Role & responsibilities:

- Handle shift production operations for Intermix, Extruder, Oven, NBR Lamination, and Bonded Block processes.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved while minimizing wastage and reducing scrap through Kaizen/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to specified standards for density, dimensions, surface finish, and overall product performance.
- Ensure machine health by coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Enforce EHS (Safety) standards to ensure a protected, accident-free workplace and compliance with safety procedures.
- Supervise and manage shop-floor manpower, including operator discipline, shift attendance, productivity, and training.
- Oversee raw material, WIP, and finished goods handling,



inventory control, and proper material storage.
- Maintain production records, process parameters, ISO documentation, shift reports, and SAP entries accurately.
- Drive 5S, housekeeping, and continuous process improvements across the plant.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations and uninterrupted production.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Experience in NBR Rubber, Rubber, Polymer, Plastic manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in production shift management.
- Knowledge of SAP, ISO systems, Kaizen, 5S, and EHS practices.
