About the Role

- The role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to understand complex business requirements, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and automation using Salesforce best practices.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and customer teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD processes.




- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- o Queueable Apex
- o Scheduled Apex
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Metadata APIs).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, and governor limits.
- Experience with asynchronous processing and platform events.
- Knowledge of deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center, or Salesforce CLI.
- Experience working with Git-based version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education : -

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
- Additional Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience _
