A) Skills Required

Essential Skills

- Complete requirements management of the Finance / Projects modules (primarily).
- Understand customer needs. Perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer Requirements.
- Understand documentation standards and be able to create all standard project documentation.
- Create business process diagrams wherever necessary to be able to clearly show the business users how certain processes will work.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests or inquiries seeking guidance from Project or Practice Management as appropriate.
- Demonstrate proficiency in practice technology. Understand business process and relate knowledge to product functionality. Positive knowledge of LCS and DevOps
- Define business requirements for technical solutions or alternatives. Identify and help design customizations, workaround, or enhancements required to meet customer needs.
- Define test cases for unit and system integration testing; Test and certify the solution for customer testing in UAT
- Ability to lead and direct all types of training and testing sessions involving the users
- Expected to be proactive, independent, a self-starter who can escalate timely for any intervention or help needed from the project or practice management
- Groom and train juniors who are allocated as coaches, actively encourage them towards certifications
- Communicate confidently and clearly; handle customers with sensitivity and demonstrate empathy towards business requirements; balance all sides of an argument from multiple stakeholders with different needs and help arrive at an acceptable solution
- In-depth knowledge on all finance related modules on Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Taxation,



Consolidation and intercompany configurations
- Minimum 7-10 years of functional experience with Finance / Projects modules of Microsoft AX and Dynamics 365 and at least 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance / Projects modules implementation
- At least 3 full cycle implementations experience in Dynamics 365 required; one or more integrations with other solutions as payroll or banks is highly preferable
- Robust understanding of the reporting functionalities available in Dynamics 365 solution, particularly configuration and implementation of Financial Reporter
- Proficiency in data migration tools of Dynamics 365, ability to derive data templates from the solution, guide users towards understanding for all types of data, whether masters, configurations, or transactions
- Fair understanding of integration tools available for the Dynamics 365 suite.

Desired Skills Very good communication skills both written and oral

Responsibilities

1. Work with the Delivery team on project documentation of Finance and Projects related modules
2. Functional testing of the solution
3. Coordinate with business users in requirement sign off, UAT planning and execution
4. Review the documentation and circulation to the stakeholder group
5. Review of the passes and fails of the test cases register and advice accordingly. Lead the testing.

B) Other Information

Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering or another equivalent degree (Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information systems will be preferred). OR (CA/ MBA in Finance/ Similar Degree in Finance preferred)

Experience 7 to 12 years of relevant experience
