We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced District Lead to join our team in the Livelihood Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading programs and managing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective livelihood strategies to improve economic outcomes for program participants.

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet community needs.

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program impact and identify areas for improvement.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other partners.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in leading programs and managing teams, preferably in a similar industry or sector.





- Strong understanding of livelihood development principles and practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and management abilities.

- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret data.

- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other partners.
