Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reconciliations, vendor payments, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting processes, financial controls, and regulatory compliance while ensuring accuracy in financial records and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts finalization, bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation, TDS return, taxation, and vendor coordination.

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

- Manage purchase and voucher verification, updation, and booking in the accounting system.

- Perform bank reconciliations and GST reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

- Handle PF and ESIC reconciliation and compliance.

- Process vendor payments and approved payments in line with company policies and approvals.

- Manage recurring payments, reimbursements, and expense settlements.





- Verify financial documents, invoices, and supporting records for compliance and audit readiness.

- Follow up for cash inflow and outstanding receivables.

- Handle employee advances and consumption settlements.

- Ensure statutory and legal compliance related to finance and taxation.

- Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.

- Expertise in bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and ledger management.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting systems.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to manage financial documentation and audit requirements.

- Good communication and coordination skills with vendors, auditors, and internal teams.

*Qualifications:*

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
