Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot HPE Integrity (RX Series) Servers running HP-UX.
- Manage and support HPE EVA (Enterprise Virtual Array) Storage systems.
- Perform server installation, firmware upgrades, hardware diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Configure and manage SAN storage, LUN allocation, storage provisioning, and zoning.
- Monitor server and storage health, performance, and capacity planning.
- Perform system backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, storage, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with OEM support for hardware replacements and critical issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation for server configurations, storage allocation, and change management.
- Ensure adherence to IT security, backup, and operational standards.




- Provide technical support during planned maintenance activities and critical incidents.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

- Strong experience with HPE Integrity (RX Series) Servers.
- Hands-on experience with HP-UX (UNIX) administration.
- Experience in managing HPE EVA Storage.
- Knowledge of SAN Infrastructure, Fibre Channel Switches, Multipathing, and Storage Provisioning.
- Experience in firmware upgrades, hardware diagnostics, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise data center operations and ITIL processes.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
