Pravaayu Healthcare is looking for a Deputy CMO to join our leadership team in Mumbai

This role will directly support the CMO & Founder, ensuring high-quality patient care, standardizing clinical protocols, and engaging doctors across our clinics. Its a unique opportunity to combine strategic planning with day-to-day operations and create a direct impact on patient experience & clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee clinical quality & patient safety
- Lead, mentor & engage doctors, therapists & paramedical staff
- Standardize medical protocols & ensure compliance
- Support doctor hiring, onboarding & retention strategies
- Organize training, CMEs & workshops for clinical teams
- Collaborate with Ops & HR for seamless patient experience
- Work with leadership on recent clinical projects & expansions
- Track & report outcomes, performance,



and therapy success rates.
- BAMS (MD preferred; Healthcare Management qualification a plus)
- 8-12 years in clinical operations & healthcare management (1015 years in leadership roles)
- Strong understanding of Ayurveda / Integrative Healthcare
- Excellent leadership, people management & problem-solving skills
- High focus on quality, patient care & operational efficiency
