We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, client communication, and team operations for international clients across the US, New Zealand, and Australia. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, leadership abilities, client management skills, and experience in driving quality and operational excellence within a KPO, CPA, CA, or Accounting Outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring timely delivery of client work.
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for international clients.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and critical deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Support client onboarding, process transitions, and service excellence.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and compliance standards.
- Monitor team productivity, workload distribution, and operational performance.
- Report team performance and key updates to management.

Required Qualifications

- CA / CMA
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping,



or Financial Reporting.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- KPO, CPA, CA, or Accounting Outsourcing experience preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of US, New Zealand, UK or Australian Accounting.
- Experience with Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
- Expertise in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance.
- Leadership and People Management Skills.
