Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS ,Billing Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) with solid expertise in luxury villa construction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, cost control, rate analysis, and material reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity estimates from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Verify quantities for civil, finishing, and interior works.
- Prepare contractor and subcontractor bills and certify work completed.
- Prepare client billing, running account (RA) bills, and final bills.
- Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis for all construction activities.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost comparison reports.
- Track material consumption and prepare material reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with the project team for estimation, procurement, and execution.
- Review variations, extra items, and change orders.




- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and quantity documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and timely submission of reports.

Requirements:-

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
4–10 years of experience in residential or luxury villa construction projects
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost control
Ability to read architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and material reconciliation
Good knowledge of construction materials and execution methods
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/estimation software
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
