The HRBP will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and business partnering activities for the assigned business functions. The role involves closely collaborating with business leaders to drive employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and overall people management initiatives. The incumbent will also support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure smooth business functioning.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage HRBP activities for approximately 250 employees across assigned verticals
- Partner with business stakeholders to support people and business objectives
- Drive employee engagement and employee relations initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns
- Support performance management and talent development processes
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes





Key Skills Required:

- Experience of working with field sales team as their HR Business Partner
- Experience of talent acquisition for Sales processes
- Strong understanding of sales processes, performance management, and talent development within a sales workplace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales leaders and cross- functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.

Experience and Education:

- 1-3 years of experience in HRBP role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple business verticals effectively
- Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory)
