Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, Accounting, and Statutory Compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and hands-on experience in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Maintain accounting records and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain financial data in ERP/Tally and prepare management reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

- CA Inter (Preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
