Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Configure and manage core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server-side scripts
- Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide fixes
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and configuration




- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Understanding of CMDB and Discovery concepts
- Experience in ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Valuable to Have:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM/other modules)
- Experience in ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ATF
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migration
