Shift In-Charge (Carbon Black Plant)

- Lead and supervise overall shift operations of the Carbon Black Plant.
- Monitor reactor operations, DCS, pelletizing, and material handling.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
- Supervise shift manpower, work allocation, and discipline.
- Troubleshoot process abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
- Maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Utility, and Stores for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and statutory compliance during the shift.

Preferred candidate profile





- Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5-15 years of experience in Carbon Black, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Continuous Process Industries.
- Hands-on experience in reactor operations, DCS, pelletizing, and shift management.
- Strong knowledge of process safety, SOPs, troubleshooting, and manpower handling.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts at a manufacturing plant.
