Hiring: Collection Manager | Aye Finance*
Location:* Gurugram, Sector 45
Role:-
1. Drive collections strategy & bucket-wise targets to reduce overdue & write-offs
2. Lead, hire & mentor collection team
3. Handle escalations, negotiate settlements & payment plans
4. Ensure 100% compliance and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS
*Requirements:*
- 6-8 Yrs exp in NBFC/Bank Collections
- Mortgage/LAP/Business Loan background preferred
- Experience handling 15-25 member team + DCAs
- Solid in negotiation, compliance & reporting
