Roles and Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of press shop.
- Resource Management.
- Manpower planning.
- Knowledge of new die trail.
- Presentation skills.
- Leadership, Communication skills.
- Tool trial of a recent tool and robot teaching in a way that enables the machine to achieve maximum SPM.
- Reduce rework and scrap.
- To manage shopfloor manpower.

- Manpower planning, Hourly production monitoring, Production loss analysis.
- Conducting DWM (daily work management) with the Asst. engineers and operators.
- Breakdown monitoring in SAP, OEE, Productivity, consumable and major cost Monitoring.
- Technical support to ensure smooth functioning of component production.
- To give daily short training to manpower regarding safety, Quality, and productivity.
- 5S, KAIZEN on shop floor.
- Remove technical bottlenecks in production.
- Ensure zero percentage accident in department by adhering proper PPE.
- Making hourly production entry in SAP.




- Set planning for die change over as per SMED and die maintenance.
- Adherence and keep up of all documentation like SOP, production sheet, process check sheet, KAIZEN sheet etc.
- Identify and provide on-job training to operators for enhancing their versatility.
- Development of Team members, associates, new manpower and develops safety and Quality culture on shop floor.
- Effective involvement in change management and ensures first time right product.
- To make production planning as per criticality of inventory by keeping in mind shortage of RM, availability of tools and FG trollies.

Qualification : BE/ B. Tech having experience of 10 to 12 years.
