Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Positive understanding of US healthcare hiring.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Experience using ATS and job portals.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
