- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on generated leads
- Engage leads to understand investment goals and financial requirements
- Explain mutual fund products and investment options in a simple and clear manner
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales/advisory team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
- Handle basic objections professionally
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain engagement

Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales, tele calling,



or customer-facing roles
- Prior experience in finance, banking, insurance, or investment products preferred

Skills Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English Strong persuasion and listening skills Ability to explain financial products in an easy-to-understand manner Basic computer knowledge for lead tracking and data entry Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset Ability to handle rejection professionally

Education

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred
- Basic understanding of mutual funds or financial products will be an advantage
