Alembic Pharmaceutical is hiring!

We are looking for a professional to manage and execute in-licensing and CMO-based projects within our formulations division. The role involves cross-functional coordination, regulatory alignment, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of in-licensing and CMO projects
- Ensure timely delivery of projects as per defined milestones
- Handle product lifecycle activities from plant execution to regulatory filing
- Monitor technology transfer (TT) from development to commercial manufacturing
- Coordinate with PPIC, SCM, API teams for material availability (API, RM, PM)
- Track and manage outsourced projects timelines
- Ensure timely TTD documentation submission to plant
- Monitor and close regulatory deficiencies within timelines
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings (F&D;, ADL, TT, DQA teams)




- Identify project risks/bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions
- Support cost evaluation with finance team
- Maintain accurate updates in project management systems
- Ensure timely escalation of delays, risks, or cost variations

- Desired Skills & Expertise
- Solid communication & stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience in product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of dosage form development, especially:
- Injectables (mandatory)
- Ophthalmic & Oral (added advantage)
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for:
- US Market /Europe & Canada (Ex-US markets)
- Experience in technology transfer & regulatory filings.
