Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements delivery for the ADP GlobalView payroll implementation in the US and Canada.
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to capture detailed payroll, technical, and integration requirements.
- Translate business and payroll needs into clear, structured functional and technical specifications suitable for vendor configuration and development.
- Review, interpret, and validate technical design documents, integration specs, and configuration artifacts produced by the vendor.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure:
- Payroll functional requirements are implemented exactly as captured
- Technical designs adhere to agreed standards and business intent
- Lead vendor design walkthroughs and exit conversations, ensuring clarity on scope, assumptions, configurations, integrations, and delivery approach.
- Challenge vendor solutions where required to ensure alignment with payroll processes, compliance obligations, and system architecture.
- Support system and integration testing, including traceability validation, test scenario review, and defect triage.
- Ensure payroll system design supports local compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and internal governance requirements.




- Maintain full requirements traceability across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Provide ongoing technical and payroll system support to internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting payroll or HR systems implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or similar ADP product (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

- Demonstrated experience delivering payroll integrations with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven background in technical requirements gathering, specification review, and solution validation.
- Ability to read, understand, and assess technical documentation, including integration designs, data mappings, and system configurations.
- Strong experience working with external vendors, including oversight of technical deliverables and implementation governance.
- Valuable understanding of US and Canada payroll processes within a multi-country or global payroll environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
