Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with expertise in managing and supporting multiple ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee service delivery, incident and change management, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement while ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end service delivery for enterprise ERP applications and related business systems.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL service management best practices.
- Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and drive service improvements.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health of ERP applications.
- Manage vendor relationships, service reviews, and escalation handling.
- Prepare service reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational excellence.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and governance processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, including managing enterprise ERP applications.
- Hands-on experience supporting multiple ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, or similar.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Experience in SLA management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
